Five questions to ask before you choose a template
A template is a head start, not a costume. These five questions will point you to the one that fits how your business actually works.

It's tempting to pick the template that looks best in the gallery. Looks matter — but the right template is the one whose structure matches the way your customers decide to buy. Five questions will get you there.
1. What should a visitor do first?
Book a call, request a quote, reserve a table, browse listings? Choose the template whose main button already does that job. Service Business is built around quote requests; Consultant is built around booking.
2. How often will you update it?
A restaurant menu changes weekly. A law firm's practice areas change yearly. If you'll update often, favour templates with structured sections — menus, listings, case studies — rather than long free-form pages.
3. What proof do you have?
Reviews, case studies, before-and-after photos, certifications. Pick a template with a home for your strongest proof near the top of the page.
4. What tools does it need to talk to?
If leads must land in Pipedrive or bookings in Google Calendar, check the template's supported integrations. Templates recommend integrations; you decide which ones to connect.
5. Where do you want to be in a year?
If you expect to add a client portal or online booking, start on a template that supports those modules. You'll grow into them instead of starting over.
Still unsure? Start with the closest match and ask the AI builder to adapt it. Changing copy, colours and section order takes minutes — and every change can be undone.
