Integrations you choose, not integrations you're stuck with
Templates recommend tools. You decide what to connect. A look at how the Micronuage Integration Hub keeps you in control.
By Micronuage Product Team
Most website builders pick your tools for you. Their booking widget, their forms, their payment flow. It's convenient until your business already runs on something else.
Micronuage takes the opposite approach: the integration catalogue is open, and you decide what to connect. A template can recommend tools that work well with it, but it never forces a provider unless a feature technically needs one — and even then, you choose which.
Connected to your workspace, never shared
Every connection belongs to your organization and, where relevant, to a single project. Credentials are encrypted and stored separately from your content. They are never shown in logs, never exposed to your site's visitors and never visible to other customers.
Capabilities, not blank cheques
Each integration exposes a defined set of capabilities — for example, “create a deal” or “read availability.” Workflows and the AI builder can only use capabilities that are listed and that you've enabled.
What that looks like in practice
Ask the AI builder: “When someone submits the contact form, create a deal in Pipedrive and email me.” It proposes a workflow — form submitted, create deal, send email — and checks that both tools are connected and permitted before you approve.
Change your mind later? Disconnect a tool in one click. Your site keeps working, and anything that depended on that integration tells you exactly what needs attention.
