Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Micronuage collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and, if you sign in with a password, a securely hashed version of it.
• Organization and project content — the text, images, settings and domains you add to your projects.
• Usage information — AI requests, token usage, deployments and audit events needed to operate and bill the service.
• Messages you send us — through the contact form or support.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, publish your sites, process AI requests you make, bill your subscription, respond to you and improve Micronuage. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

When you use the AI builder, we send your request and the editable parts of your project to an AI model provider through our AI Gateway. We never send passwords, integration credentials or data from your connected tools. Some providers process data outside Canada; we list them below and select providers under contractual terms that restrict use of your data.

Service providers

• DigitalOcean — application hosting, managed database and file storage.
• Cloudflare — DNS, content delivery and SSL.
• AI model providers (currently DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio) — processing AI builder requests.
• Payment processor — subscription billing.

Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we delete the related data within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To make a request, contact [email protected].
