Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Micronuage. By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

Micronuage provides templates, a builder, AI-assisted editing, hosting, publishing and integrations. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.

Your content

You own the content you add. You grant Micronuage the rights needed to host, render, publish and back it up, and to process it when you use AI features. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

Our platform

Micronuage owns the platform, the templates, the component library and the underlying code. Your plan gives you the right to use them to build and publish your projects; it does not transfer ownership or grant access to source code.

Acceptable use

You may not use Micronuage to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, attempt to access other customers' data or interfere with the service.

AI features

AI suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes before applying and publishing them.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service, your use of it is governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Micronuage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
