Getting started

You can have a first version of your site online in a single sitting.

• Create an account with your email. A workspace for your organization is created automatically.
• Choose a template from the gallery. Filter by industry and preview any template before you commit.
• Create a project with its name, your company name, your industry and the site's language.
• Customize with the visual builder or by asking the AI builder.
• Publish to your free project-name.micronuage.com.br address, then connect your own domain when you're ready.

Templates

A template is more than a design. It defines the pages, sections, components and variants available to your project — and exactly which properties you, and the AI, are allowed to change.

Templates are versioned. Your project is tied to the version you started with, so a template update never changes your site unexpectedly. When a new version is available, you decide when to upgrade.

The builder

• Left: your pages and the sections on each page. Add, remove and reorder sections the template permits.
• Centre: a live preview rendered by the same engine that serves your published site. Switch between desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Right: the editable properties of the selected element — text, images, links, alignment and variants.
• Bottom: the AI command bar.

Undo and redo are always available, and every meaningful change is saved to version history.

AI builder

Describe the change you want in plain language. Good requests are specific about the outcome:

• “Change the primary colour to dark blue.”
• “Add three service cards: tax planning, bookkeeping and payroll.”
• “Move testimonials above the contact form.”

The AI proposes a list of changes. Each one is validated against your template before you see it. Review the preview, then choose Apply or Cancel. If a request isn't possible in your template, you'll see a clear message and nothing changes.

Publishing and versions

Publishing validates your configuration, creates a new version and switches your site to it in one step. The previous version is always kept. From Version history you can view, compare or restore any version — restoring creates a new version, so history is never lost.

Custom domains

On Business plans and above, open Domains in your project and enter the address you want to use. Then add this record at your domain registrar:

Micronuage verifies the record and issues an SSL certificate automatically. The domain moves through Pending, Verifying, Connected, SSL provisioning and Active. Most domains are active within minutes; some registrars take a few hours.

To make yourcompany.com work without “www”, set up a forward to www.yourcompany.com at your registrar.

Integrations

Open Integrations in your workspace, choose a tool and select Connect. You'll authorize access with the provider; credentials are encrypted and scoped to your organization. Each connection shows its status — Connected, Connection error or Disconnected — with options to configure, test, reconnect or disconnect.

Integrations expose defined capabilities, such as deals.create or events.create. Workflows and the AI builder can only use capabilities you've enabled. Webhook events are signed so your endpoint can verify they came from Micronuage.

Teams and roles

• Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the organization.
• Admin — manages projects, domains, integrations and members.
• Editor — edits content and uses the AI builder; can publish if allowed.
• Viewer — read-only access to projects and previews.

Plans and AI credits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. One credit covers one change request. When credits run out, your site keeps working and you can keep editing manually until they renew. See pricing for details.
