Connect an integration

Step by step to link a tool to Micronuage, either by authorizing it on the provider's site or with an API key.

Before you start

  • The workspace must be on the Starter, Pro or Business plan.
  • You need the Owner, Admin or Editor role. Members with the Viewer role can't connect integrations.
  • Have access to the tool's account at hand: its sign-in or an API key created in the provider's dashboard.

Two ways to connect

Each integration uses one of two ways, and the screen shows which. A Connect button on its own opens the authorization on the provider's site. An API key field next to the button asks for a key.

By authorizing on the provider's site

  1. Open Integrations in the side menu

  2. Click Connect on the tool

A window from the provider opens. If nothing appears, allow pop-ups for Micronuage in your browser.

  3. Sign in to your account on the tool and authorize access

  4. Come back to Micronuage and click I've authorized it

Micronuage checks the authorization. Once it works, the row shows Connected or the account name.

With an API key

  1. Create the key in the tool's dashboard

Every provider has its own path. Look for "API" or "keys" in the account settings.

  2. In Integrations, paste the key into the API key field

Copy the whole key, with no spaces at the start or end.

  3. Click Connect

Once it works, the row shows Connected or the account name.

Tip.In template projects, you can also connect without leaving the editor: when you ask the AI for something that depends on an integration, the chat shows the same connection card. After connecting, send your request again to continue.

Disconnect or switch accounts

Click Disconnect on the integration's row. The connection leaves your workspace at once, and the parts of the site that depend on it, such as booking or payment, stop working until you connect again. To use another account of the same tool, disconnect and connect again with the other account.

Common problems

A notice asks me to upgrade my plan.

The workspace is on the Free plan. Integrations start on Starter; the notice's link takes you to Billing.

I clicked I've authorized it and got an error.

The authorization hasn't been completed on the provider's site yet. Finish the process in the window that opened (sometimes it asks you to pick an account or confirm permissions) and click again.

The authorization window didn't open.

Your browser probably blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for Micronuage and click Connect again.

I see "The integrations service didn't answer".

It's a temporary failure on our side. Wait a few minutes and try again.

My API key was refused.

Check that the key belongs to the right account, that it's still active in the provider's dashboard and that it has the permissions needed. Create a new one if in doubt.
