Forms and the Leads page

Everything visitors send through the forms on your published sites lands on the Leads page, with name, email, message and where you are with each one.

What reaches Leads

Every form submission from a published site is saved on the Leads page, in the dashboard's side menu. It gathers the messages from every project in the workspace, newest first.

  • The contact form and the forms you built on the site. Each question becomes a line of the message, as "Question: answer".
  • The floating "Talk to a specialist" button, when it's turned on in the site settings.
  • Email sign-ups and orders placed in shop sections.
  • Forms in code projects that send to Micronuage, such as the ones in the starter site the AI creates.

Note.Only published sites receive leads. Until the project is published, nothing arrives here.

Work through your leads

  1. Open Leads in the side menu

  2. Filter by status or by site

At the top you'll find All, New, Contacted, Won and Lost and, if you have more than one project, All sites and each project's name.

  3. Reply straight from the list

Click the email address to write to the person. If they left a phone number, it opens a WhatsApp chat.

  4. Update the status

Move it from New to Contacted, Won or Lost as the conversation goes on.

Each lead shows the date, the site it came from, the kind of form and, when the visitor ticked the consent box, the Consent given label.

Export to a spreadsheet or CRM

The Export CSV button downloads the list with the current filters, with the columns Date, Site, Name, Email, Phone, Source, Status, Consent and Message. Dates come out in your time zone, ready to open in a spreadsheet or import into a CRM.

Tip.The Pipedrive and HubSpot integrations are in beta: with one of them connected in Integrations, Micronuage also tries to send each new lead to the CRM. The lead is saved on the Leads page either way.

Good to know

  • The page and the export show the 500 most recent leads that match the filters.
  • When you delete a project, its leads leave the list.
  • Members with the Viewer role can see leads but can't change their status.
  • Forms are protected against bots and against too many submissions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I get an email for every new lead?

Not yet. For now, leads are gathered on the Leads page. It's worth opening it often or exporting the list.

I tested the form and nothing showed up. Why?

Check that the project is published and that you sent the form from the site's address. There is also a limit on submissions per minute from the same place: wait a little and try again.

Do sign-ups in my app show up here?

No. Records kept in an app's database (customers, tasks, bookings) live in the Database tab. Leads gathers the messages from the site's forms.

Can I delete a lead?

There is no option to delete leads for now. To take someone off your queue, set the status to Lost or Won and filter the list.
