The integrations hub
Connect tools your business already uses, such as a CRM, calendar, payments and spreadsheets, once per workspace, and use them in every project.
What it is
The Integrations page, in the dashboard's side menu, lists the tools you can link to Micronuage, grouped by category. A connection covers the whole workspace: you connect once and every project can use it.
The categories are CRM, Accounting, Payments, Marketing, Communication, Productivity, E-commerce, Analytics, Storage, Developer Tools and Other.
Which plans include it
Connecting integrations is part of the Starter, Pro and Business plans. On the Free plan you can browse the catalog, but trying to connect shows an Upgrade your plan to connect integrations notice, with a link to Billing.
What each label means
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| No badge | The integration is available as a stable release. |
| Beta | The integration can already be connected, but it is still being tested and may change or have limitations. |
| Coming soon | It can't be connected yet. It's listed so you know what's on the way. |
| Connected or the account name | It's already linked to your workspace. A Disconnect button appears next to it. |
What an integration does on your site
- Google Calendar: unlocks the booking section, where visitors see free times and book one.
- Stripe: unlocks the payment section, with a button for visitors to pay.
- WhatsApp: unlocks the WhatsApp section, with a button for visitors to start a chat.
- Pipedrive or HubSpot: Micronuage tries to send each new form lead to the CRM. See Forms and leads.
- In the chat of template projects, when you ask for something that depends on an integration (a booking, a payment), the AI shows a card to connect it right there.
- Any connected integration, through the editor's chat: ask in plain words, like "send every lead to my HubSpot", "alert me on WhatsApp for each order" or "show my WooCommerce store's products", and the AI wires the site to it. It knows which ones you have connected and tells you when one still needs connecting. Ask "which integrations can I use?" to see the list.
- Who can do what: visitors only send data into your account (a lead, a sign-up, a spreadsheet row, an order) or see what is public anyway, like a store's products. A message sent by a visitor (e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS) only goes to the business's own contacts. Reading your data (CRM, reports, files) and messaging anyone is for the app's administrators.
Note.Integrations are in beta. After connecting, test the whole flow on the published site (a booking, a test payment, a lead) before you promote it.
Connection security
Each connection is restricted to your workspace and can be revoked whenever you like with Disconnect. Keys and authorizations are not stored in your site's code. Members with the Viewer role can't connect or disconnect integrations.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect again for each project?
No. The connection covers the workspace, and every project in it can use it.
Why does the tool I use show Coming soon?
It doesn't have a ready connection on Micronuage yet. In the meantime, you can export leads as CSV from the Leads page and import them into the tool.
A notice says Micronuage is still setting this integration up.
Some integrations depend on setup on our side with the provider. The notice means that part isn't finished yet; there is nothing for you to do.
What about GitHub?
