About Micronuage
What can I build with Micronuage?
Business websites and apps with their own data, such as sign-ups, bookings and dashboards. You start from a template for your industry or by describing your business, and refine it with AI.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe changes in the chat and check them in the preview. In a code project, the AI writes the code, and you can look at it in the Code tab if you want.
Which languages does the platform support?
The site, the dashboard and this help center are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Can I bring a project that's already on GitHub?
Yes. On the Dashboard, use Import from GitHub: the code becomes a new project that you keep building with the AI. See GitHub.
Plans and credits
How much does it cost?
The Free plan is permanent. Paid plans cost $6 (Starter), $20 (Pro) and $59 (Business) a month, with 20% off on yearly billing. See Plans and limits.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Your sites stay online and you can still edit by hand, publish and restore versions. To ask the AI again, wait for the renewal, buy a pack or change plans.
Does a failed request use credits?
No. Requests that fail, don't pass the checks or are cut off give their credits back.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, on Billing. The workspace goes back to the Free plan once Mercado Pago confirms the cancellation, and nothing is deleted. See Change or cancel.
Building and editing
Should I start from a template or a description?
Both work. A template gives you a ready base for your industry; a description lets the AI build the first version from your own words. Either way, you can adjust everything afterwards.
How do I undo a change?
Open History and click Restore on the version you want. Restoring uses no credits and creates a new version, without deleting any.
Can the AI break my site?
In a code project, every change is checked before it's applied; a change that doesn't pass isn't applied and the credits come back. And any earlier version can be restored.
Publishing and domains
Does publishing cost anything?
No. Publishing uses no credits, and every plan publishes at a free Micronuage address.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. You enter the domain in the project, create a CNAME record at your registrar and the SSL certificate is issued automatically. See Connect your domain.
Do changes go live on their own?
No. They stay in the preview until you click Publish, so visitors only see what you approved.
Account and data
Where do the messages from my site's forms go?
To Leads, in the dashboard menu. From there you can follow up on each lead and use Export CSV.
Is my apps' data kept apart from other customers' data?
Yes. See how that works in Data isolation.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings, use Delete account. An active subscription is cancelled, your sites go offline and it can't be undone. See Delete your account.
